As well as Baan Phu Lae (NOW CLOSED DOWN) we have a house to rent. Baan Orn is located in a quiet street set back from the main road by about 500 metres at the mountainside Poonsap Resort development. Both bedrooms are furnished to resort standard and have double beds, aircon, balconies and ensuite bathrooms. One overlooks the pool and the other the mountain.
Downstairs is a huge living and dining area with a wc, kitchenette, sofa and 2 sofa beds (1 double, 1 single) for extra guests. The outside terrace leads directly to the pool. The property has smooth tiled floors throughout.
Nearby: Long Beach (Phra Ae Beach), 600m walking or by motorbike by track. Similar distance to a wide range of restaurants, bars and businesses like Koh Lanta Thai Language School, Time for Lime cooking school, Muay Thai Stadium and gym, Rock Bar, etc. Car access 1km by paved road. Turn into the small soi opposite Lanta Resort then turn right at the end. Carry on until you see the signs for an international school. Turn in there and pass Poonsap Resort. Baan Orn is on your right (4th of a row of 5 houses).
Close to tuk tuks, taxis and motorbike rental places or park your own vehicle outside.
Charge: 1,600 Baht per night/10,000 Baht per week/25,000 baht per month, plus 500 Baht cleaning charge per booking. Enquire at Baan Phu Lae. Linen provided. Electricity and water included. Cleaning and linen change is available after one week on request for 500 Baht.
Booking: Booking can be made through Baan Phu Lae resort, Bamboo Bay, Koh Lanta. Pick up and transfer in is offered from Baan Phu Lae, Saladan Pier or somewhere else on the island if you ring Baan Phu Lae. Transfer out available at certain times.
